Edmunds and KBB compare specs. We compare the three things that actually move dollars over the ownership cycle.
They are the same electric Escalade in two lengths. The IQL is 4.2 inches longer, with 36.7 inches of third-row legroom against 32.3 and a little more cargo space, for $3,000 more trim for trim: $130,405 against $127,405 for the Luxury. Cadillac estimates 460 miles for the IQL and 465 for the IQ; EPA has rated neither. The battery, power and charging hardware are shared. Choose the IQL if adults ride in the third row or you need luggage room with every seat in use; otherwise the IQ does the same job for less.
Price
Cadillac sells both in four 2026 trims, and every IQL costs $3,000 more than the matching IQ: Luxury $127,405 (IQ) or $130,405 (IQL), Sport $127,905 or $130,905, Premium Luxury $147,705 or $150,705, and Premium Sport $148,205 or $151,205, all before the same $2,895 destination charge. On both, the Premium trims add the 19.2 kW onboard charger, power-opening doors, 38-speaker AKG audio, massage front seats and Night Vision.
Size and space
The IQL is 228.5 inches long, 4.2 inches more than the IQ, on the same 136.2-inch wheelbase; the extra length is a longer rear overhang. That gives the third row 36.7 inches of legroom against 32.3, and 0.9 inch more headroom. Cargo space behind the third row is 24.2 cubic feet in the IQL and 23.6 in the IQ, and behind the second row 75.4 against 69.1. Both seat seven.
Range, charging and power
Both use the same 205 kWh battery, 800-volt charging at up to 350 kW and a CCS1 port that needs GM's NACS DC adapter ($275) for Tesla Superchargers, with an 11.5 kW onboard charger on Luxury and Sport and 19.2 kW on the Premium trims. Cadillac estimates 465 miles for the IQ and 460 for the IQL, and quotes up to 117 and 116 miles in about 10 minutes of fast charging; EPA has published no range or efficiency rating for either. Both make 750 hp in Velocity Max and reach 60 mph in 4.7 seconds, by Cadillac's estimates.
